Terms of service

These terms cover the use of RevUp by a business. By subscribing you agree to them.

What we provide

• A review page for your business, reachable by a QR code we supply.
• Printed material — standee, sticker or card, depending on your plan.
• Suggested review wording written for your business.
• A private dashboard showing scans and activity.

What we do not promise

We cannot guarantee a number of reviews or any particular star rating. Whether a customer posts is entirely their decision, and Google alone decides which reviews it displays or removes. Anyone promising you a specific number of reviews is not telling you the truth.

Your obligations

These protect your Google listing, and they are not optional:

• Do not offer anything in exchange for a review — no discount, no free item, no entry into a draw. Google prohibits incentivised reviews and removes them, and it can suspend a listing that does it repeatedly.
• Do not have staff, family or friends post reviews through the QR code. It is only for genuine customers.
• Do not use the QR code to filter customers. Every customer who scans reaches Google, whatever their experience. Showing it only to happy customers is review gating, which Google explicitly prohibits.

If a listing is penalised because these were ignored, that is not something we can undo or refund.

Payment and activation

• Plans run for a fixed term: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, paid in advance.
• When a term ends you get a short grace period. After that your review page shows a neutral “temporarily unavailable” message until renewal.
• Your QR code never changes. Printed material stays valid across renewals, pauses and restarts — nothing needs reprinting.
• Renew at any time and the page is live again immediately.

Suspension and cancellation

We may suspend a review page for non-payment, or if the obligations above are being ignored. You may stop at any time by not renewing; there is no lock-in beyond the term you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refundable, since the printing and setup happen up front.

Ownership

The review wording we write for your business is yours to use through RevUp. The platform, software and QR system remain ours. Your business name, logo and photos remain yours, and we use them only to run your review page.

Liability

We provide the service as it is. We are not liable for lost business, changes Google makes to its products or policies, or reviews Google chooses to remove. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
